I think that retouching should be aloud but clearly and obviously stated that photoshop has been used. Not only does this cause women and teenagers to feel insecure, and could cause problems with self esteem and eating habits, it could also be seen as false advertisement. Ever seen mascara commercials? Their eyelashes are impossibly long. Why? read the tiny print in thee corner that tell us that eyelash extensions have been used. What about Red Bull? Doesn't actually give you wings does it?
BUT on the other side, what about when women wear makeup? Isn't that the exact same thing? It is used to make your skin look flawless.

Spot The Difference

These are my Spot The Difference pictures. I had to use two because the first picture I originally started with, i couldn't work with much. On the left is the edited one while the one on the right is the original image.
Just trying to find a picture was a challenge. Once I found a picture, It was pretty hard to figure out what I was going to change. I mainly used the clone, and paint tool - or a combination of both for about 99% of this project.

Light Graffiti
Here is my light graffiti. If you can't tell, The first photo says 'Draya', and the second says 'Ondraya" with a heart under, and the last was a accidental double exposure, that I liked. I loved doing this. It was really fun, kinda challenging for letter though. We Had different 'trials'. First we had a glow stick and next we used a flashlight from an iPhone. That was extremely bright. It didn't work very well. It did work pretty well for the double exposure.

Old Photo Restoration
This is my old photo retouching. I thought this was fairly easy, though i had to start over once, once i started.. I'm sure if you look at his face, i'm sure you can tell which eye I struggled most with. I mainly tried to paint with the colors that were already on his face by cloning the color, but it was more of green color and his face had a lot of shadow to it, so it looks a little off :]
This is the 2nd photo i retouched, I think I did a pretty good job on this. It took about 30ish minutes total for me to so it. I got rid of all the dark sports (collar, background) and dark areas (all four corners, left side) with the clone, paint and spot healing tools. I also got rid of the biggest crack in the middle of his face. Since it went over his ear and eyebrow, I painted his eyebrow back on and I cut his left ear, and flipped it and made some adjustments to the color and just completely cover his left ear.
Photo Montage
This is my photo montage picture. I had to shoot twice since the first shoot was too overlapped, i'm sure that's no surprise though. As you can clearly see, there is a giant gap within the tree. I'm not exactly sure how that happened...
Trying to fit this picture to remake the tree was like trying to complete 1000 piece puzzle. It was SO hard, but once i could finally comprehend what i was sort of looking at, I really enjoyed this, which is really weird because it was such a meticulous process.
Update:
So, i fixed it! The whole is gone! I just copied other layers that look similar.

First Roll Shoot
Original Photo Retouched Photo
For this angle up photo, I made the tree and sun brighter and
more vibrant while I dulled myself to add
movement more toward the subject.

For this side-lighting photo, I overall lightened the photo and darken the shadow and kind of made my earring the focal point. (weird, but that what caught my eye first, so I thought i'd 'exaggerate' it more.
So, this is a rule of thirds photo of the marvelous Mr. Brandt (+5 points! Yeah!) I made him the subject, and blurred/smudged the background and brightened his shirt/body and made him bigger.
Okay literally, this is photo is the best I've attempted to edit, and since I still kind of don't know what i'm doing, I think this looks great! I used the clone tool and erased my legs and shadow of keys. This one's the best ever.
For this picture - I love it - I added contrast to it, made the colors more vibrant
This picture, i wanted to make look older and more vintage, i was going to make it a 'theme' of my photos, but i just just went with what looked nice.

With this picture, i put the focus on the blue and made it brighter.
With this picture, I made the sillouette darker and blurred the background more.

Pop Art
+
+
=
This is the Pop Art Picture I made of 3 different photos I originally was going to use all pictures of my face but I realized i could use more than just my face itself such as the parts of my face. I'm sure if you look at the different things, you can tell that they're are all completely different pictures. I really needed the tutorial (i watched it 3 times :] ) for cutting out the parts, but after that, i basically experimented with colors, adjustments, etc which went really well. I wish i had better pictures, since none of us really knew what kind of pictures we should've took, it was kind of rushed. My favorite part of this picture is the picture of my torso/shirt. I really like that shirts and i'm laughing in that picture. It's not as awkward as I feel the rest of them are- I really love the different colors with the 4 different ways!
